Outlaws And Angels is a band that was formed in late 2016 with members from various bands. Lenny Cowart was from a band called Northern Lights which played country and rock and southern rock music. And played around the Illinois and Wisconsin area. Jim Pasko was a drummer from a band called Double Time. Which played country and older rock around the Illinois area. Shannon King was from two different bands Northern lights being the first band and Roadhouse Ramblers being the other band playing around the Illinois area. And then there was Kevin Mitchell who had played in various punk bands and never even liked country music LOL.. But then that all change once he met Lenny Cowart his neighbor which asked him to join there country band. And now you put them all together and you have one of the greatest mixes of country/rock/southern rock/classic rock bands in the region...
